1. Introduction

Welcome to sq98 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform accessible at sq98.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between sq98 and you, the user ("Player", "you", "your"), governing access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality provided through the Platform.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform for the purpose of accessing gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credit.

3. Account Eligibility

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonuses and withhold funds pending investigation.

3.4 Exclusion of Certain Persons

Accounts may not be created by individuals who are: (a) currently self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming network; (b) employees, contractors or direct family members of sq98 or its affiliated operators; or (c) individuals previously banned or suspended from the Platform for breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming services on sq98, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and, where applicable, national identity details consistent with Pakistani identification documents (CNIC or passport).

You are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. KYC involves submitting copies of valid government-issued identity documents for review. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes. Delays in providing requested documents may result in delays in withdrawal processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility. 5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

5.2 Fair Play & Integrity

All Players are expected to engage with the Platform's Services honestly and in good faith. Attempts to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, bonus structures or any other mechanism of the Platform for financial gain contrary to the spirit of fair play are prohibited. The Platform uses automated monitoring systems to detect irregular patterns and reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings or close accounts where abuse is identified.

5.3 Device & Connectivity

Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices and internet connections are appropriate for accessing the Platform. sq98 is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity failures, hardware defects, browser incompatibilities or third-party service outages that affect your ability to participate in live events or ongoing game sessions.

5.4 Currency

The Platform references Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for illustrative purposes throughout its content. Actual account currency, minimum deposit thresholds and transaction limits are as published in the Platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction. Players should verify current currency settings before initiating any financial transaction.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Players may fund their accounts using payment methods available in the cashier section at the time of deposit. Payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for local context only — availability is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration and applicable regulations. None of the mentioned payment providers endorse, affiliate with or support gambling activity on this Platform.

The Platform may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits. All deposits must originate from accounts or instruments legally held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers and reward programs offered on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific document, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed. Game contribution rates vary: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely.

7.3 Maximum Bet Restriction

7.4 Bonus Expiry

7.5 Abuse & Misuse

The Platform reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back bonus funds and winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified — including, but not limited to, pattern betting to exploit wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim single-use offers, or participation through automated software. 8. Responsible Gambling

Players should never chase losses or use gambling as a means to recover prior losses.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sq98:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household or IP address
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud or other financial crime
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical exploits, collusion or any other illegitimate means
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any third-party software to interact with the Platform outside of normal human play
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other Players
• Reselling, sublicensing or otherwise commercially exploiting access to the Platform or its content

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of pending bonuses and/or winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, imagery, audio-visual elements, game interfaces, software code and database structures — is the property of sq98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce or distribute Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from Platform software; or (c) use Platform trademarks, logos or brand assets without prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions or content submitted by Players to the Platform may be used by sq98 for improvement purposes without obligation or compensation to the submitting Player.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sq98, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any: (a) direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) loss of funds, winnings or bonuses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues or events outside the Platform's reasonable control; or (c) actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios or other service providers.

The Platform provides gaming services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or personal injury caused by the Platform's negligence.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts subject to active investigations may not be eligible for immediate closure until the investigation is resolved.

12.2 Termination by sq98

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected; (b) fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected; (c) the Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require it.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, access to the Platform and all associated Services will be revoked. Balances remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable operator policy and any outstanding investigation findings. Bonus balances not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sq98 holds its applicable operating license, details of which are provided by the operator through official Platform channels. The Platform does not operate under any Pakistani government license and does not claim Pakistani regulatory approval.

Players in Pakistan acknowledge that the legal status of online gambling is governed by applicable Pakistani legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. It is each Player's personal responsibility to determine whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction as determined by the operator.

14. Amendments to These Terms

sq98 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will publish an updated version of this document with a revised "Last Updated" date prominently displayed. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Players are advised to review these Terms periodically — particularly during PSL season, ICC tournament periods or when new promotional campaigns are active — to ensure they are aware of the current conditions governing their account. The Platform accepts no liability for harm arising from a Player's failure to read updated Terms.
